Congratulations to Miss WIXQ representative and station manager Priscilla Mulrooney for winning People's Choice at the Miss Millersville Pageant! After a very Joanne'y performance of Lady Gaga's Million Reasons, a costume contest, and questionnaire- the people voted and Priscilla earned the most donations of the night!

Awesome job to everyone involved and to every contestant!

Today, some of WIXQ's council members attended the, quarterly, Highway Cleanup on Route 324 in Millersville. Of course we were joined by our amazing Community Liaison, Doc Roc!

Some of the interesting things founds were a beach ball and a bunch of beer cans. Seems like the community has been doing a bit too much drunk driving! Not good!

Other than that, passers by waved and said thank you for our community service!

It was a successful day that ended with hot dogs and hoodsie rootbeer floats! Only at Doc & Mama's I'd say.
