The WIXQ Ranck/Roc Award Scholarship is a yearly scholarship that is awarded to a sophomore or junior who is a member of the WIXQ Executive or Station Council and who has worked with WIXQ for at least 2 semesters and who plan on continuing leadership of the radio station. The scholarship is advertised during the Fall and Spring semester. The application includes writing two short essays and completing a panel interview. The winner receives $1,000 dollars to help with their further education at Millersville University.
